This is my blog about anything I feel like blogging about. Often it will be commentary on various nerdy things I enjoy. There will sometimes be magazine article style “features” and even some creative writing.
The name of the blog is derived from my own name: Evan McCoy. Some of my friends call being assaulted with my opinions “getting McCoyed”. This blog is me McCoying the world.
In the past 2 years, it’s evolved to mostly be about film criticism. I’m proud to say that I’ve also increased my readership and even attracted the odd troll. As long as people keep reading, I’ll keep writing. Maybe someday someone will even pay me.
